Junior Club Volleyball Performance Training Methodology (Part I)...

First in a series on the nuances of junior club volleyball development and how the performance training schedule has to be managed and planned properly for the benefit and health of the athlete.

I can't apologize for my absenteeism as my #1 focus is absolutely my family, my friends, our athletes, and business. My schedule is somewhat cyclical so I am coming up on a period in which I can typically accomplish more writing but I do not schedule that time as part of my normal week so it's often the first thing I drop ("Sorry I didn't get to your e-mail last week I had to write my blog...").
